Who we are
Nurture AI (“Nurture AI”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in the United Kingdom. We license real-world clinical data from healthcare organisations for AI training and evaluation, and produce evaluation datasets for clinical AI. We are the data controller for the personal data you provide when you contact us through this site.
If you have any questions about this notice or how we handle your data, contact us at ali@nurturecap.co.
What we collect
This site has no forms. We collect personal data only when you choose to email us, and only what you put in that email:
- Your name and email address
- Your organisation, role and country, where you tell us
- Anything else you choose to include in your message or attachments
- The subsequent correspondence between us
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, to correspond with you about it, and to assess and progress a potential working relationship.
Our lawful basis for processing your data is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services and, where we go on to work together, the performance of a contract. You can object to this processing at any time using the contact details below.
Who we share it with, and international transfers
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with colleagues who need it to respond to you, and with trusted service providers (for example, Google Workspace) who store our correspondence securely on our behalf. Some of these providers, and some of the organisations we work with, are located outside the UK, including in the United States.
Where we transfer your data internationally, we rely, where appropriate, on safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence for 24 months from your last contact with us, so that we can pick up the conversation where it left off. After that period we delete it, unless it relates to an active working relationship that requires us to keep it longer, or you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Erase your data (“the right to be forgotten”)
- Object to or restrict our processing, and request a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, email us at ali@nurturecap.co. We will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
